Unfortunately my copy began to drop pages on just the first reading. Whether this is caused by too much time in the warehouse under adverse conditions or too rough handling in shipping without adequate protection, when one pays over 50 bucks for a paperback edition that is touted as new, o| |"... the thesis and the material itself are so interesting that I found myself convinced by the book's overall argument. I think that scholars, even those more agnostic than this one, will now have to take Pound's interest in and use of the occult more serious
